A standard delivery fee of $9.2 applies to all orders except self-pickup or free shipping deals.
The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:
1. 4-15 Business days for Australia wide including most country areas
2. 7-20 Business days for WA country, far North QLD, and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
3. Delivery can take up to 20 business days, depending on local stock availability, if you need the product earlier please let us know in the order or send a request to info@catherine-australia.com we will try our best.
4. Pre-order items could take extra two weeks to receive missing items item from the Catherine Germany warehouse.
Please note that during major sales events (such as Stocktake Sale and MidSeason
Sale), we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order.
